Fish Processing

We know how to take care of those prized fillets you worked so hard for. We have commercial vacuum packers, walk-in freezers, and shipping boxes right on-site for your convenience. This is by far the best way to preserve your seafood for storage.

If you fish with us on one of our charters, we take the fillets right from the fish cleaning table to our processing room and then into our flash freezer.

do it yourself

If you catch fish on your own, or go clamming on your own. Just bring your fillets (cut to size) or clams in baggies to our processing room and notify the office of your requirements. We will then arrange packing and freezing and even shipping if necessary.

We have a wide variety of shipping boxes available to ship your frozen fish, or to take back with you on your trip home.

If you want to ship your boxes home or to a friend, we will get a custom quote from FEDEX and handle all the rest: packing, wrapping and pick up. You will need the exact street address to ship to and a phone number of the recipient.
